Umpire Vineet Kulkarni will probably be one of the most popular cricket figures in India right now. It’s not often that umpires get the limelight in a country studded with superstar cricketers. Kulkarni, who made a horrendous decision in Dharamsala after he didn’t adjudge JP Duminy leg before, was once again seen trending on Twitter during the first One-Day International (ODI) between India and South Africa in Kanpur.
