Unmukt Chand enjoys ‘special’ tea made by Irfan Pathan before the IPL finals

Before the match, it’s important for the players to relax.

Fierce foes on field, most of the cricketers from today’s generation share a great camaraderie off the field. Much of the credit for that goes to tournaments like Indian Premier League (IPL). Speaking of the cash-rich league, we are heading to its closing stages with the best two sides of the competition – Mumbai Indians (MI) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) locking horns at Eden Gardens, Kolkata for the trophy.

Before the match, it’s important for the players to relax. Unmukt Chand, who plays for MI and Irfan Pathan from CSK, met each other to spend some leisure time. Ahead of the big game, Unmukt took to his official Instagram account and posted his and Irfan’s picture with the words,” Special tea made by @irfanpathanoffical before the big game tonight. But we still winning it ;).

Both of them seem to enjoy the ‘special tea’ which is served in typical Bengal’s clay-mud cups, which in Bengali is called ‘Bhand’. Unmukt and Irfan have shared good relationship over the years and have earlier played together for Delhi Daredevils (DD). Expect no friendship, once the match begins in the City of Joy.
