Australian legend Shane Warne, former English cricketer Mike Atherton and former Pakistan cricketer Rameez Raja have named their Current World Test XI including a substitute. The current crops of players have done remarkably well in test cricket and it is extremely difficult to pick 11 out of so many talented cricketers.
Indian Test skipper Virat Kohli will lead the side as the man in-form has been unstoppable in the recent times. Alastair Cook and David Warner will open the batting for the side while Joe Root will come at three. Skipper Kohli will bat at his regular position at four followed by Steve Smith at five. AB de Villiers will keep the wickets for the side and will bat at six. English all-rounder Ben Stokes will render his services at seven. Their bowling attack hails of Ravichandran Ashwin, Yasir Shah, Mitchell Starc and James Anderson. Their spin attack has variety so as their pace department. The 12th man of the side is Morne Morkel and overall the side wear a dominant look.
This came into notice after a tweet from Sky Sports where the trio picked 12 cricketers for their Test team form the bunch of contemporary cricketers.
