Recognising Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s ‘being human’ persona towards children and the youth, the Edison Council of the Township of Edison felicitated Dhoni with the Resolution at a private ceremony in New Jersey’s Toms River city, as reported by PTI.
MSD, as he is fondly known has floored umpteen kids with his humility and ‘the next door boy’ attitude.
The highly honourable resolution said, ‘By virtue of his leadership skills, outstanding conduct and character, humility and aversion to seeking publicity off the field, Dhoni has become an inspiration to children of all ages around the world, including South Asian children in New Jersey?’
