Aiden Markram awarded U-19 Cricketer of the year at Cricket South Africa awards

Markram had led South Africa U-19 to a win in the U-19 World n 2014.

South Africa men’s U-19 skipper Aiden Markram was awarded the U-19 Cricketer of the Year by Cricket South Africa (CSA) at the CSA awards on Wednesday. Markram had led the Proteas U-19 side to a title finish in the U-19 World Cup held in Dubai in February 2014.

Earlier, the CSA awarded the U-1 cricketer of the year to Dean Foxcraft and the U-17 Cricketer of the Year to Andile Phehlukwayo . Whereas, the U-19 Cricketer of the Year in the Girls category was awarded to Sune Luus. South Africa Boys U-19 cricketer Clyde Fortuin was awarded Khaya Majola Cricket Week Player of the Tournament. CSA Blind Cricketer of the year was awarded to Desigan Pillay.
