Rajasthan Royals have done really well so far in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2015, and they will be ready to give their best in the final league round match against Kolkata Knight Riders, says their star batsman Ajinkya Rahane.
Rahane said during a press conference in Mumbai on Friday morning that his side will be focused to gets its best game forward against KKR. “We focus on our game more than other teams. We tend to keep it simple. We were observing the MI vs KKR match closely. We will give our best against KKR,” said a confident Rahane.
He added, “KKR is balanced side. every player is equally dangerous. We are looking to play our strengths. We are not looking at any result. We are just focusing on giving our best. Rajasthan have lost their way in the last few weeks, after starting IPL 2015 with five wins on a trot but they are now struggling to go through to the Playoffs. Talking about Rajasthan’s performance in IPL 8, Rahane said his side has done well so far.
“Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. We are doing really well this year. Now it is all about one game right now [against Kolkata Knight Riders]. As a team we contributed really well. We will do well on 16th.”
