After bowling India out for 295 early on Day Two of the second Test at Lord’s, England had started quite cautiously with Sam Robson and Alastair Cook surveying the conditions. Mohammed Shami and Bhuvneshwar Kumar started proceedings for India in this game and given the fact that they can move the ball well, they are expected to make a mark. And, Bhuvneshwar finally had his rewards when Cook edged one in the 11th over.

Though there have been a few deliveries that have gone past the batsmen, England had looked decent and have waited for the ball closer to their body to score runs. On Day one, they had won the toss and put India in on the green surface. England too would have an examination on this surface as the Indian bowlers can do well in such conditions.A catch was also dropped of Robson off the bowling off Shami. He was on eight then. England are 22 for one in 10.1 overs.
