After a three months tour of England, in October this year, the Australian team will travel to Bangladesh to play a two-match series. Though, on this short tour, no limited overs match is scheduled, which is very disappointing for Bangladesh, who are currently in a role in 50-over’s format. After completing this short assignment the Aussies will go back home and take on New Zealand in a three-Test series. For Bangladesh, this series will be a huge opportunity to showcase their talent against a top class Test team.

On Wednesday, the seventh-ranked Bangladesh triumphed against fourth-placed South Africa 2-1 in a three-match series. Tamim, the aggressive opener also said the series win was a massive achievement for Bangladesh. Chasing 170, Bangladesh created history with a resounding nine-wicket win in the third ODI in Chittagong to clinch their first-ever series victory against South Africa.
