Nitish Kumar Reddy has also been dismissed as he got caught out by Nathan McSweeney, Mohammed Siraj comes to the pitch. India 167/9 after 36 overs, lead by 10 runs.

India is looking in deep trouble at the moment as Pat Cummins has now dismissed Ravichandran Ashwin for 7 runs. India now 148/7 after 29.4 overs and still trail by 8 runs. It is safe to say that Australia is in complete control at the moment.

Mitchell Starc does the trick again for Australia and picks up the massive wicket of Rishabh Pant who departs for 28. Steve Smith takes an easy catch in the slips as India have now been restricted to 128/6 and still trail by 29 runs.

Indian batters Rishabh Pant and Nitish Kumar Reddy have made their way to the crease as the third day is set to commence. It will be Mitchell Starc who will begin the proceedings for Australia.

The third day of the Adelaide Test is set to begin in a few moments. While India on one hand will be looking to not lose wickets and score plenty of runs in the first session, Australia will be in the hunt for wickets with their in-form pacers.
