Australia vs India 3rd Test Live Updates: First day abandoned due to rain

The first day of the Brisbane Test has been abandoned due to heavy rain. Only 13.2 overs were played on the day with Australia managing to put up 28 runs on the board. Let’s hope we can get a full day’s play tomorrow for the second day of the Test.

The visuals shared by cricket fans from the Gabba Stadium suggest there not to be just raining at the venue, but there seems to be storm pouring at the moment. There are chances of even the day getting called off, let’s hope for the best as of now.

Doe to consistent rains, the match has been heavily delayed. Plenty of water is on the ground which will take a while to be taken care of. The conditions are not looking good for the team to have some action.

The drizzle has returned and the players are walking off the field. The intensity is high on this rain as the groundstaff is nailing the covers to ensure they stay in place.

Nothing special has happened as Australia is currently at 26/0 after 10 overs, more to come.
