Australia vs South Africa 2014: Shane Watson scores his 31st ODI half-century

His last half-century was back in October last year against India.

Australia all-rounder, Shane Watson scored his 31st ODI half-century against South Africa at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) during the fifth ODI. His fifty came off 39 balls with a strike rate of 123.40 including four boundaries and a six. His last half-century was back in October last year when he scored a century with a score of 102 against India at Nagpur.

Currently he is batting with his partner, Steven Smith who is on 12 while Australia are 166 for the loss of two wickets after 28 overs with openers, David Warner and Aaron Finch to be dismissed for 21 and 76 respectively.
