Australia continue to slide down as they lost their fourth wicket of George Bailey in chase of 268 against South Africa in the fourth One-Day International (ODI) at Melbourne on Friday.

Bailey tried cut a wide delivery from Dale Steyn and the ball took the edge on its way to the wicketkeeper. Earlier, Wayne parnell had got the betteer of Aaron Finch. Australia are 89 for four from 23 overs. They need 179 runs in 162 balls.

Earlier, South Africa posted a total of 267 for right courtesy a 122-run fourth-wicket partnership between AB de Villiers (91) and David Miller (45). Nathan Coulter-Nile has been ruled out of the match after he picked a hamstring injury early in the innings after dismissing Hashim Amla.
