Bangladesh started off well with openers Tamim Iqbal and Imrul Kayes. Tamim became Bangladesh’s leading run-getter in Tests during his innings of 21-ball 19. Kayes remained unbeaten on 59, he was however dropped by Dhawan on 10. Kayes built a 81-run stand with Mominul Haque, who was dismissed for 30 by Harbhajan, just when it seemed like he had settled in. Full Scorecard: India vs Bangladesh, one-off Test at Fatullah Day 4
Skipper Mushfiqur Rahim did not last long either as he was caught by Rohit Sharma at leg slip off the bowling of Ravichandran Ashwin at leg slip for just a couple of runs. Bangladesh were in a spot o bother just ahead of the lunch break when Shakib-Al-Hasan walked in. Rain, however played spoilsport again as the players had to off the field due to rain.
It seems highly unlikely that we will have a result on the final day of the Test but both teams will look to make the best of their opportunities if and when play resumes on Sunday.
