Despite visitors Australia's embarrasing loss in the first of the two-Test series against hosts Bangladesh at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka, it was David Warner, who shined for the visitors with an exqusite century in the second innings. It was also reported that Warner felt that his new cap possessed some magical powers, after he mispalced his orginal cap, owing to which he managed to come out on top as he slammed the ton. However, what's more interesting and remains to be seen if he would still be wearing the same cap during the second and final Test at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong on Monday. Nevertheless, Warner was wise enoguh to say that the ton camme owing to his trust on his aggressive instinct. "You always get comments that you have to adjust and adapt to the conditions. But, as a player you should never go away from what you know best. That's what I have noticed with me, with my attacking approach; I strike close to 80 in Test match cricket and I find that when things aren't going my way I've thought of defending. It is always challenging. You find these challenges rewarding eventually when you get on top, but it is very, very hard work. It has taken me a long time to actually work out my game and hopefully a lot of other players do that faster than what I have done," he said, as reported by cricket.com.au.
