Ross Taylor was dismissed for a score of 56 off 97 balls, as New Zealand lost their fifth wicket with 219 runs on board during their ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 Pool A match at the Seddon Park in Hamilton on Friday. Bangladesh earlier put up an impressive batting performance to finish on a score of 288 for the loss of seven wickets. Mahmudullah top-scored for Bangladesh by scoring his second-consecutive One-Day International (ODI) century, remaining unbeaten on 128 off 123 balls, smashing 12 fours and three sixes during his stay at the crease. He recieved support from the likes of Soumya Sarkar, who scored his maiden ODI fifty and shared a 90-run partnership with Mahmudullah, as well as Sabbir Rahman, who smashed 40 off 23 balls. It was an average day for New Zealand with the ball, with Corey Anderson emerging the pick among the bowlers with figures of two for 43. Trent Boult, who put Bangladesh in a spot of trouble with a couple of early jolts, ended up conceding 56 runs at the end of his quota of 10 overs without taking any further wickets.
