Jay Shah, the secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), has been reappointed as chairman of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC), putting an end to speculation that he might resign to vie for the ICC chief’s position.

For the third time in a row, the 35-year-old son of Union Home Minister Amit Shah will lead the ACC.
