BCCI to scrap Challenger Trophy and Corporate Trophy

The domestic calender is so packed that they can't accommodate the One-day tournament.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) technical committee headed by Anil Kumble decided to do away with the NKP Salve Challenger Trophy for this year. According to the committee, in the current season, BCCI domestic calender is so packed that they can’t accommodate the One-day tournament.

The Technical committee also decided to scrap the BCCI Corporate Trophy due to the same reason. Generally at the start of the season, this corporate tournament tournament.
