Birmingham: The start of the Commonwealth Games 2022 is just hours away. The event will kick off with a sizzling opening ceremony at the Alexander Stadium in Birmingham on July 28, while the main events will start on the following day. The events will take place across 15 venues in West Midlands Region, with Birmingham having the most seven venues. Athletes from 72 countries will battle for glory in 280 events across different sports.

Commonwealth Games will start on August 28 while the event will end on August 8.
Birmingham Commonwealth Games 2022 Timings
The events will take place between 9 AM to 10 PM local time. In IST, the events will run from 1:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
