BJP youth wing demands cricket academy in Jammu

To sharpen skills of budding players, the youth wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) demanded setting up a cricket academy in summer capital Jammu.
“We demand setting up of a First-Class cricket academy in Jammu under Board of Control for Cricket in India‘s (BCCI) supervision,” BJP leader and in-charge of BJYM in Jammu and Kashmir Yudhvir Sethi said.
Sethi along with state president Ravinder Raina and former women cricket player Ruchi Chouhan presented cricket kits to young players.
Sethi said setting up of the academy will provide budding cricketers to hone their skills and will also help the state to create jobs.
