Comilla’s strength lies in the performances of Abu Hider, Asher Zaidi and Nuwan Kulasekara. These bowlers have been consistent for their side throughout the tournament. They handled the pressure when international biggie and West Indian all-rounder Marlon Samuels had to leave the league. He was called mid-way for Australia, where national team West Indies play the hosts in a Test series. However, Samuels has faced a 12-month suspension from bowling in international matches due to illegal bowling action.
