Former Australian cricketer, Brett Lee, who is going to make his debut as an actor in an Australian film called UNindian that is set to be released later in the year, posted a picture which had Mark Taylor, Ian Healy, Mark Nicholas and himself imitating the ‘Beatles’ 1969, Abbey Rd. The picture went viral as it included four excellent commentators and former cricketers, who were best at their game in their times for their respective countries. The Beatles were an English rock band, formed in Liverpool in 1960, with members John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr, who were one of the best rock bands in that era.
At present, these gentlemen are with the Channel 9, commentating for the ongoing 2015 Investec Ashes series going on in England.
In the picture, Lee is seen walking barefoot, which clearly shows he was playing the role of Paul McCartney from the Beatles. “Us Channel 9 boys doing our best impression of the Beatles 1969 Abbey Rd. Clearly I’m playing the role of Sir Paul with no shoes on!”
