South Africa‘s David Miller will now be seen in the NatWest T20 Blast in England. He has been signed by Glamorgan and will fly to United Kingdom wherein he will take part in the first match for his new franchise against Essex on Sunday. The tournament will kick start from July 23 and conclude for the left-hander on August 4 against Surrey. He has been signed by the Wales-based Glamorgan for six matches. Miller, not a part of South Africa’s Test side playing against England, will like to cash in on the opportunity and score some runs.

“We are delighted to sign David Miller for a six-game stint in this year’s T20 Blast campaign,” said Glamorgan’s chief executive, Hugh Morris. “David is a fine batsman, with a wealth of experience in T20 cricket. He is a match-winner and a finisher, proven to be one of the most destructive batsman in the game at both domestic and international level”, said Glamorgan’s chief executive, Hugh Morris.

Miller will join his compatriot Colin Ingram in Glamorgan. The left-hander has plenty of experience in playing in the Blasts and has previously been part of Yorkshire and Durham.
