Dhruv Jurel matches 20-year-old record by MS Dhoni in Duleep Trophy

In in the India A vs India B match, Dhruv Jurel reached the record for the most catches by a wicketkeeper in an innings of Duleep Trophy.

Wicketkeeper Dhruv Jurel created history in the India A vs India B match of the Duleep Trophy. He has reached the record for the most amount of catches by a wicketkeeper in an innings of Duleep Trophy match, which was held by MS Dhoni till now.

Dhruv took seven catches as India A restrict India B on 184 runs. This matched the record that was set by MS Dhoni in a Duleep Trophy match in 2004-05.

Jurel also played a crucial role in the success of India A, as he had an effect with the important dismissals through the whole match.

Jurel caught  Yashasvi Jaiswal, Abhimanyu Easwaran, Musheer Khan, Sarfaraz Khan, Nitish K Reddy, Sai Kishore, and Navdeep Saini.
