It is not everyday that one see an international football team take tips from an international cricket team to conquer a common sporting opponent. England cricket team’s official Twitter handle sent out a tweet asking England football about their upcoming international friendly football match against Australia. England team take on Australia as a pre-Euro 2016 practice as they look to over the European hurdle. In response to the question England football team asked the cricket team tips to out out on top against Australia as the England team triumphed in The Ashes last year. This started a flurry of video tweets from either sides complimenting tips and good wishes. English cricket team gave them as many as 4 tips to trounce over their opponents. First tip given to the England football team was to strike early and be on the offence, to which the football team responded by showing their goal against Turkey last week which was scored only 3 minutes into the game. Second tip was to make runs and runs to which they responded by showing a player running with the ball into the half of the opponent. Third tip was to go past their defenses which they replied with Jamie Vardy dribbling the ball past a player. Fourth and final tip was to celebrate the win with much zest and jubilation.
