England win toss, elect to bat against Prime Minister’s XI

England play their final warm-up game before the tri-series.

England won the toss and chose to bat against the Prime Minister’s XI in a one-day match in Canberra on Wednesday. The game is England’s final warm-up ahead of the tri-series with India and Australia, which gets under way in Sydney on Friday. Former Middlesex teammates Chris Rogers and Eoin Morgan go head-to-head as skippers at Manuka Oval.

Prime Minister’s XI: Chris Rogers (c), Cameron Bancroft, Jason Behrendorff, Matt Condon, Pat Cummins, Jake Doran, Peter Handscomb, Simon Mackin, Glenn Maxwell, David Moody, Lega Siaka.
