Playing against UAE Women in the 2018 ICC Women’s World T20 Qualifiers, Fahima Khatun became the first Bangladeshi woman (and eighth in the world) to take a hat-trick in T20 Internationals. Fahima had Udeni Dona caught by Rumana Ahmed at deep square-leg; Esha Rohit Oza, by Nahida Akter at long-on; and trapped Kavisha Egodage leg-before — with the last three balls of the 13th over. Fahima finished with 4-0-8-4. Below is the list of hat-tricks in Women’s T20Is:

UAE were 33 for 2 in 12.3 overs (even that was not a competitive score) when Fahima struck. UAE ended up losing their last 8 wickets for 6 runs in 23 balls against Fahima (4-1-8-4), Nahida Akter (2.2-0-2-2) and Rumana Ahmed (2-1-4-2). Bangladesh chased down the target of 40 in 41 balls after losing just two wickets.
Fahima was also the part of a hat-trick, as was Rumana, when Marizanne Kapp took three in three in 2013-14, as is evident in the table above. Rumana is the only Bangladeshi to take an ODI hat-trick (against Ireland in 2016-17).
