Harold Ghosh Ghosh played 72 first class matches as a left-handed batsman and slow left-arm orthodox bowler

A former first class cricket player, Harold Ghosh who played for Eastern Punjab, Northern Punjab and Railways from 1951-1975, died at Jalandhar.

 

Born on July 15, 1936, Ghosh played 72 first class matches as a left-handed batsman and slow left-arm orthodox bowler.

 

Condoling the death of Ghosh, the secretary of Punjab Cricket Association, M P Pandove, on behalf of the PCA stated that he had the opportunity of sharing the cricketing stage during his playing days with the former.
