Former Kolkata Knight Riders skipper Sourav Ganguly is likely to ply his cricketing skills for Kochi Tuskers Kerala in IPL-4.
According to media reports, the former Indian captain, is likely to be part of the IPL new entrants.
Call it a coincidence or not, Ganguly is likely to replace Australian spinner Steve Smith who pulled out of the cash-rich league because of an injury.
It may be mentioned here that Ganguly was the one among three Indian players to remain unsold at the end of the two-day auction that took place in January in Bangalore.
Kochi has made an inauspicious start to IPL-4, losing both their first two games against Royal Challengers Bangalore and Pune Warriors India.
