From be the time India’s star Mohammed Shami was told by the Calcutta High Court to Pay 4 lakh per month as maintenance expense to Hasin Jahan and his daughter Aaira, the pace sensation has been under constant verbal attacks from his wife- who is now not on speaking terms with him. As per the order, Hasin will have to be paid Rs. 1.50 lakh per month with the daughter being paid Rs. 2.50 lakh per month.
This order to pay 4 lakh per month is going to be levied from a back date of seven years. The lower court has ordered to end the case within six months. This case was filed under ‘Protection Of Women From Domestic Violence’ act.
On her Instagram account, Hasin Jahan tagged Mohammed Shami and used strong words like “greedy and mean-minded” against the cricketer. The post shared by her started with the line: “I love you so much jaanu:, which was followed by a rant.
“I love you so much dear. Where will you ever find such a wife like me that will maintain this relationship with such intensity? ‘Don’t worry my love’ we will maintain a strong relationship inshallah it is up to you to decide what kind of relationship it will be. We have been involved in a legal battle for 7 years. What did you benefit from it? You destroyed your own family by being characterless, greedy, mean minded. So many criminals you hired to end us, defame us, trouble us, defeat us from everywhere, did you get anything? If the money that you gave to criminals and looted on prostitutes was spent on education, life and future of my daughter and I was given a good life, how good would have it been, we would have been saved from crime and we would have been able to live a good life with dignity. See, the courage, tolerance and patience that Allah has given me I am still standing in the fight for my rights. Even if you seek help from all the criminals in the world you will not be able to harm me, because I have the support of the supreme power Allah. You take advantage of the male dominated society and are happy while antisocial people call me wrong, I will seek help from the low and fight for all out rights and be happy inshallah. Now you think which support is better, social or law? But remember all the antisocial people who are giving you moral support are supporting you in your crimes, the day your time start going bad these people will ruin your life inshallah remember that,” Hasin wrote in her Instagram post.
