West Indies batsmen and former captain, Chris Gayle cracked a joke on Twitter saying that he wants to play for India in the fourth Test against Australia at Adelaide.

Gayle tweeted, “I m waiting on clearance from BCCI to play in the 4th test against Australia! Fingers cross, I will get a crack at swing swung 4 prank! LOL.”

Last year, Gayle the southpaw had accused the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) of playing “mind games” with him, and constantly ignoring him from the national selection.

Gayle was left out of the West Indies team after the World Cup for making inflammatory remarks against the board.

The West Indies Players Association (WIPA) has filed a $20 million lawsuit against the WICB for refusing to issue No Objection Certificate (NOC) to Gayle, Dwayne Smith and Kieron Pollard for taking part in lucrative Twenty20 leagues.
