India were due to arrive at the WACA at 2 PM local time, but had to postpone their practice to 3:30 PM. India had arrived in the city on Monday and took a break on Tuesday. The temperatures in Perth have been unforgiving, with temperature for the day being 35 degrees centigrade. Considering the warm-weather, India delayed their practice by 90 minutes. India s next game is against the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Saturday. They are having an extended time in the city as they will be playing the West Indies on March 6, before heading to New Zealand for their last two group fixtures. Perth will host three matches only during this World Cup, two of them being India games. The third match slated on this venue is on March 4, with Afghanistan and Australia facing off.
