INTERNATIONAL Cricket Council (ICC) shared the picture of iconic Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan with the prestigious ODI World Cup trophy. The post is going viral all over social media as both SRK and cricket fans are extremely happy to see the collab.
India is set to host the ODI World Cup for the first time ever entirely. The prestigious trophy, which holds immense significance in the world of cricket, has been capturing the hearts of fans worldwide. The Indian won the World Cup last time back in 2011 when India was one of the co-hosts.
However, the next two editions were heartbreaking for Team India as they had to take an exit from the knockout stages. The Indian team would like to end their drought of the ICC trophy by winning the mega tournament.
Fans React To Shah Rukh Khan’s Picture With World Cup Trophy
Fans are loving SRK’s picture with the World Cup story. They are relating it to the blockbuster movie ‘Chak De India’ in which Shah Rukh Khan portrayed a former Indian hockey player who later coached the Indian women’s team and helped them win the World Cup.
