Punjab police have arrested six persons on alleged charge of betting during a ICC World Twenty 20 match.

Punjab police have arrested six persons on alleged charge of betting during a ICC World Twenty 20 match.

The accused were arrested from a house in Nanak Nagri locality when the match was in progress, police said today.

Police also recovered Rs 70,000 in cash, two TV sets, 13 mobile cell phones and three sim cards from their possession. (PTI)
