India head into the Tea break on Day One of the three-day warm-up game against Sri Lanka Board President XI on Thursday in a troubled position. Both the openers shared a 108-run stand and laid platform for the big score. After lunch though India suffered a collapse which they might rue later in the day, Rohit Sharma failed to make any mark getting bowled for a score of just 7. Kohli was bowled off a no ball and the reprieve did not help as Kohli was out caught for a score of 8. And when Dhawan got out for 62, India were in serious trouble at 133 for the loss of four wickets. India are 174 for four at the tea interval and the pair of Ajinkya Rahane and Cheteshwar Pujara have a big job to be done. Dhawan earlier brought up his 27th First-Class half-century. He too like KL Rahul started very slowly but got into his groove as he spent more time in the middle. There was some drama too when Rahul seemed to have missed one there was a loud appeal for a caught behind only for the umpires to agree with the batsman and not give it out. Rahul though departed soon after getting out for 44, miscuing his pull shot. Read: India vs Sri Lanka 2015: India’s tour game an early indicator of things to come
