Pankaj Singh, Karn Sharma took two wickets each whereas Abhimanyu Mithun took one wicket for Gautam Gambhir’s India Blue. Earlier on Day Three, Yuvraj Singh was the first wicket to fall, as the India Red captain was caught by Cheteshwar Pujara off the bowling of Mithun. Shikhar Dhawan was next to depart. Jadeja soon sprung into action nabbing the key wicket of Shikhar Dhawan on 29. After his dismissal Gurkeerat scored his Tenth First-Class fifty. He was dismissed by Jadeja. Binny meanwhile played a fine 98-run knock, that included 12 fours and 4 sixes.
The lower-order, including Yadav and Mishra scored half-centuries each, to help India Red inch towards India Blue’s first innings score but when Mishra was dismissed by Sharma, caught by Pankaj Singh trying to go for a big one, the eighth wicket was down for India Red. Jadeja then took his fifth wicket, as he trapped Pradeep Sangwan in front. Yadav was the last man out for India Red.
