The first Pink ball Test was played between Australia and New Zealand at Adelaide in 2015. The concept since then has kick-started a series of speculations regarding the Pink ball. Another four-Day game was organised by the CAB and was played at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata, where Mohammed Shami, one of India’s top seamers wreaked havoc on the batsmen with the in focus Pink ball. While the Indian players Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane, Yuvraj Singh and Suresh Raina are excited to play cricket with the pink ball, it will be interesting to see how they get acquainted with it.
