India are set to clash with New Zealand in the semi-finals of the Under-19 World Cup on August 22.
India clinched a thriller against Pakistan on Monday in the quarter-finals winning the tie with one wicket remaining.
Chasing a modest total of 137 to win, India wobbled during their chase and were staring at defeat before Sandeep Sharma and Harmeet Singh teamed up to get 10 runs for the 10th wicket.
India suffered a batting collapse early on as they were reduced to 8-3, before Aparajith and Zol joined forces to bail their side out of trouble.
The Kiwis beat West Indies by three wickets in a cliff-hanger which went to the last ball.
