Overs 2.1: DROPPED! D’Arcy Short gets a life on 7 after Rishabh Pant fails to hold on to a catch. Although it was a difficult chance as Pant dived full-length to his left. Could’ve been first slip’s catch.

Hello everyone! Welcome to our live coverage from the 2nd T20I between India and Australia to be played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Having won the series opener in Brisbane on Wednesday, Australia have taken a 1-0 lead and India are in a must-win situation to keep the series alive.

India clean swept a three-match bilateral T20I series last time in Australia. However, this time, despite the pre-series hype, they have been jolted early and will have to work on several fronts including a settling on a combination to give them an edge.
