India have been jolted early in their ICC Under-19 World Cup 2014 quarter-final against England at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Jack Winslade got the early breakthrough for England as he was Ankush Bains tried to cut one too close to his body and was taken by the wicketkeeper.Later, Akhil Herwadkar was dismissed caught behind by Matthew Fisher and Sanju Samson too went for a first-ball duck. India are on 12 for the loss of three wickets after five overs.

 

Skipper Vijay Zol is batting along with Ricky Bhui, both of whom have got off the mark. Fisher and Winslade have bowled on target and keep their length full. The swing too has troubled the batsmen.

 

The match was delayed as a blanket of thick fog covered the stadium. In those conditions, Zol won the toss and chose to bat first. The game began at 10 am local time and early on, India did start off with a few good strokes.
