India have started off cautiously during their run-chase of 359 against South Africa in the first One-Day International (ODI) at Johannesburg. In five overs and one ball they are 14 for one. India lost Dhawan for 12 as he tried to pull Morne Morkel and was caught by Quinton de Kock.

Rohit played out a maiden first up from Dale Steyn. The fast bowler was getting movement away from Rohit and kept him quiet throughout. Dhawan then got things going for India as he drove Lonwabo Tsotsobe for a four through mid-off.

Rohit plays out two consecutive maidens as Steyn keeps moving it away from Rohit. Dhawan drives Tsotsobe handsomely through mid-off for four and then cuts him over point for another.
