Inzamam-ul-Haq confident of Pakistan finding players like Misbah-ul-Haq and Younis Khan

Inzamam-ul-Haq said similar concerns were raised and people were worried when players like Imran Khan and Wasim Akram left the game.

Karachi: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq has assured the country’s cricket fans that replacements of both Misbah-ul-Haq and Younis Khan will emerge in the future. Inzamam, while responding to a poser about Pakistan’s chances after the retirements of 75-Test Misbah and 118-Test Younis, said similar concerns were raised and people were worried when players like Imran Khan and Wasim Akram left the game but eventually their replacements were found.”[Like when Imran Khan and Wasim Akram left the scene], after Misbah and Younis new [talented] players will emerge and they will perform for the national team,” the Dawn quoted Inzamam as saying. FULL CRICKET SCORECARD: West Indies vs Pakistan 2017, 3rd Testat Dominica

The 119-Tests veteran also congratulated the team for their maiden Test series win in the West Indies, saying, “The national team really fought well during the West Indies tour.
