Rajasthan Royals (RR) need 190 runs to win against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) after Tillakaratne Dilshan and AB de Villiers guided the visitors to 189 in their Indian Premie League (IPL) match at Jaipur on Monday.

Dilshan and de Villiers put up a partnership of 122 runs for the fourth wicket.

The Rajasthan bowlers tried restricting the visitors after Bangalore lost three quick wickets.

Brad Hogg finished with an impressive spell of 2 for 39, taking the crucial wickets of Mayank Agarwal and Chris Gayle.

Pankaj Singh gave Rajasthan the first break when he got rid of Virat Kohli, who was caught at the boundary line.

Earlier, Rajasthan Royals won the toss and elected to bowl against Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Sawai Mansingh stadium on Monday.

Rajasthan Royals brought in Pankaj Singh and Ajit Chandila while Tilakaratne Dilshan is back in Bangalore along with KP Appanna.

Interestingly, Rajasthan’s only away win has been against Bangalore, by a rather comfortable 59-run margin on April 15.

Equations have changed since, with both Chris Gayle and AB de Villiers rocking for the Daniel Vettori-led side. There is a sense of solidity in the team, with Gayle leading the show.

Earlier, Rajasthan Royals captain Rahul Dravid won the toss and elected to field against Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Rajasthan have included Pankaj Singh and Ajit Chandila in place of Amit Singh and Ashok Menaria.

Bangalore have picked Tillakaratne Dilshan and KP Appanna, while leaving out Andrew MacDonald and Arun Karthik.

Brief Score: RCB 189 for 3 in 20 overs (Tillakaratne Dilshan 76*, AB de Villiers 59*; Brad Hogg 2 for 39, Pankaj Singh 1 for 32) vs RR
