Tim Southee and Karun Nair combined to take the best catch of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2015 for Rajasthan Royals (RR) against Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) to dismiss skipper George Bailey for 24 off 18 deliveries. Bailey decided to come in at No.7 after he promoted Akshar Patel at No.5, which eventually backfired for the hosts as they lost by 26 runs. Rajasthan Royals (RR) trump Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) by 26 runs in IPL 2015 match 3
Bailey was looking to up the ante after KXIP needed 32 runs to win from just seven deliveries. Southee dove to prevent the ball going for a six and Nair backed him up well as he collected the ball that was thrown towards him from the boundary. KXIP had earlier won the toss and decided to bowl first. An all-round performance by James Faulkner ensured that RR won the match quite easily. RR are off to a fantastic start and will want to continue the momentum in the games to follow. KXIP must now look to find their combination, which will be crucial for them.
