Indian ace batsman, Yuvraj Singh has been sold to the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the 2016 Indian Premier League (IPL) Auction in Bengaluru on Saturday. Yuvraj undoubtedly is one of the greates players in the format, ever since he hit the six sixes off stuart Broad against England in the 200z ICC World T20 in South ?Africa, as he has fetched Rs. 7.7 crores for the SRH. The 2016 IPL Auction is underway in Bengaluru on Sunday, as eight of the teams are going head to head to make the best signing of players for their respective teams, who would clash in the 2016 season (season 9) of the 2016 IPL. The season has a couple of surprises as a couple of the oldest franchise in the league in the form of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) have been suspended, leading to the entry of a couple of new teams in the form of Rising Pune Superkings (RPS) and Gujarat Lions (GL). It is a second franchise representing Hyderabad after Deccan Chargers withdrew from the T20 league at the end of 2012 season. The team is owned by Kalanithi Maran of the Sun TV channel Network. Tom Moody is the head coach and Simon Helmot is the assistant coach of the team. David Warner is the current skipper of Sunrisers Hyderabad. The team was earlier led by Darren Sammy in 2014. And it had three different skippers during the 2013 edition in Kumar Sanagakkara, Cameron White and Shikhar Dhawan.

RCB are owned by United Breweries (UB) group, more specific to Vijay Mallya with his son Sidhartha Mallya acting as the Director of the team. RCB play their home games at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore. Currently RCB are skipper by India’s Test captain Virat Kolhi and coached by former player and New Zealand skipper Daniel Vettori with South Africa’s ‘White Lighting’ Allan Donald to support him as bowling coach. RCB coming into the auction have a kitty of Rs. 21,62,50,000  to play around with.
