Mumbai Indians (MI) take on Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) in match 43 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2016 at Visakapatnam. The live telecast of the match will be visible on Sony Espn HD, Sony Espn, Sony Pix HD, Sony Pix and Set Max. Live streaming of the match will be available on starsports.com while online streaming through hotstar.com. MI are currently in the fifth position and a win today could take them to the third position behind Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Gujarat Lions (GL), who are in the first and second position of the IPL 2016 table. KXIP are currently at the bottom of the table and if they manage to get a win today, they will replace Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) at seventh position. KXIP have done reasonably well after Murali Vijay was appointed the captain and will hope that they can win the remaining games, starting with this one to make life difficult for other teams. MI responded well by beating Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in their previous game after they were bowled out for just 92 in the earlier game against SRH. Rohit Sharma will once again be the key for them at the top, along with Parhiv Patel, Ambati Rayudu and Jos Buttler. Their bowling too has been decent with Mitchell McClenaghan leading the way. KXIP will have to bat and bowl incredibly well if they are to win against MI. Vijay has been in good form with the bat, but will need others to chip in with a few runs as well. One of their most experienced bowlers is Mohit Sharma and he will have to take up responsibility of dismissing the top-order batsmen cheaply.
MI will hope that luck favours them in their new home.
