Along with Kings XI Punjab, both these teams have not won the title yet. Though RCB reached the final thrice, they could not go past the finishing line. To make matters worse, they will be playing without their regular captain Virat Kohli, experienced candidate AB de Villiers, star opener KL Rahul and pocket dynamo Sarfraz Khan. Kohli said that he will back in action only when he is 120 per cent fit. RCB will be led by Shane Watson until Kohli is back. However, Watson could not give his side a fitting start, as Sunrisers Hyderabad thrashed them in the series opener.
Delhi Daredevils, on the other hand, will be without the South African duo of JP Duminy and Quinton de Kock due to injuries. Besides, Shreyas Iyer is down with chicken pox and will be back once he is in the best of his fitness. But Delhi Daredevils will be led by former India pacer Zaheer Khan, who will look to turn the tables for his team.
