IPL 2025 RCB vs DC: RCB won by 6 wickets

As they completed their chase in 18.3 overs, RCB finally secured a victory over DC by 6 wickets.

After stitching a match-turning partnership with Krunal Pandya and his individual half-century, Virat Kohli has now been caught out by Mitchell Starc off a delivery by Dushmantha Chameera. RCB at 164/4 after 18 overs, need 17 to win.

With a rather slow approach, Virat Kohli has finally completed his half century, which is the slowest by any player in IPL 2025 by far. RCB at 137/3 after 17 overs, need 26 to win.

Krunal Pandya has completed his half century with his brilliant stroke-play as final 5 overs of the match remain as RCB is at 114/3 after 15 overs, need 49 to win.

13 overs of innings has ended for RCB as they have managed to score 93 runs on board for loss of 3 wickets, need 70 to win in 7 overs.

Half innings i.e. the first 10 overs of the match have ended for RCB as they have posted a score of 64/3 on the board, need 99 to win.

Rajat Patidar mentioned at the toss that he feels that it’s a good wicket and it won’t change much and hence, the decision to bowl. But, Axar Patel was happy that side would be batting first on this wicket. He felt that the wicket is dry and that will bring their bowlers into play in the second innings.
