Following their victory against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on April 25, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) have gained one place in the points table, and have moved from ninth position to the eighth. This victory also marked a great feat for SRH, as this was their first time in history of Indian Premier League (IPL) that they won against CSK at the MA Chidambaram Stadium.
This grand victory means SRH now have 3 victories to their name, and a total of 6 points in the standings. For the record, the Pat Cummins-led side has played 9 matches so far in the tournament.
On the other hand, CSK are still at the bottom of the points table. They only have 2 victories (4 points) out of 9 matches played, and their standing has further degraded following the five-wicket loss to Sunrisers Hyderabad.
