The game where Rajasthan Royals (RR) take on the Delhi Daredevils (DD) at the Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai, it will be a special game, being the 500th game of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The tournament started in 2008 and has been a huge success. Shane Warne led Rajasthan Royals to title glory in the inaugural edition of the tournament. The tournament has also had it’s fair share of issues but it has helped many players resurrect their cricket career. South Africa was the only other country to have hosted the tournament after from IPL before the event was played with it’s first phase of 2014 in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have won the title twice with Rajasthan Royals, Deccan Charges and Mumbai Indians (MI) having won once. Kolkata Knight Riders won the IPL in 2014 and are looking good as defending champions even this year.
Coming to the game, Rajasthan Royals have suffered a dip in form after winning five in a row and will be desperate to get back to winning ways with a win against a resurgent Delhi Daredevils who have started to click as a team.
