Pakistan all-rounder Shoiab Malik has been in a terrific form lately and is currently with the national side playing Sri Lanka. And this might have to do something with his wife Sania Mirza. The three games—third and fourth One Day International and the first Twenty20—saw the Tennis icon as one of their spectators. After winning the Wimbledon for the very first time, Mirza decided to take break from Tennis and fly to Sri Lanka where her husband was playing the ODI and Two series for his national team. The following were Malik’s scores in the matches when Mirza was seen cheering for him in the stands:

42 off 29 balls (not out)
29 off 16 balls (not out)
46 off 31 balls (not out)

In the five-match ODI series that was won 3-2 by the visitors, the 33-year old was the fourth highest scorer of the series for the Pakistan side with 188 runs off five innings which included two match winning half-centuries. He remained not out scoring a crucial 31-ball 46, thereby leading Pakistan to a competitive score of 175, which was eventually won by the men in green by 29 runs. The second T20 and final match of the series will happen on Sunday at Colombo, with Sri Lanka aiming to take the last laughs!
